This Privacy Policy explains the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data by Swiss Controls, a brand of Rigitrade AG, in connection with our website, engineering services, industrial automation solutions, electrification projects, digital solutions, and our business relationships with customers, partners and interested parties.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

  • Technical log data: Generally 7 to 180 days for security and analysis purposes.
  • Business and contract documents: According to statutory commercial and tax retention requirements.
  • Contact and communication data: For as long as necessary to process the inquiry or maintain the business relationship.
  • Project and support data: Project-specific and according to the respective business relationship.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOM) to protect personal data against loss, misuse, manipulation or unauthorised access. These include in particular:
